We also need to address the not-so-nice feelings of hate, and greed and jealousy.\u00a0 The root cause of these last three can be found in the inability to express their opinions freely. Boys just like girls need to be equal in expression and social emotional learning.\u00a0 Now even there is a mindfulness assess if you can be a top tier professional in the corporate settings here in India! This is because it indicates longevity, teamwork and leadership qualities.\u00a0 Appropriate vulnerability is a sought after quality in men now a days.\u00a0 However the societal norms and misconceptions can lead to no change which is happening all over India still to date from the most educated to the least. For example imagine a man reached out to their colleague, manager, or peer for help and shared their problems.\u00a0 Most of the times they might be dismissed or not taken seriously.\u00a0 There are ideas in society that it\u2019s \u2018frowned upon\u2019 for men to show any vulnerability. Meanwhile, if it was a woman then it would be much more accepted.\u00a0 This is leading to what we call as an empathy gap between genders.<\/p>\n

Forget those school year days where talking got you punished and standing outside the classroom!
In today\u2019s times, we encourage you to talk and talk some more, for without an outlet to voice out your feelings there might come a day when your brain would simply refuse to listen to you.<\/p>\n

Break the shackles that patriarchy has put on voicing out your feelings and give your feelings the love and care they deserve.
